Delivery Information
The delivery time of your orders may vary depending on the stock status of the products you order and the shipping company you choose. Usually, your orders will ship within 1-3 business days and reach you within 1-5 business days. However, the delivery time may be longer due to density, weather conditions or other reasons. In this case, we will call you to inform you. You can easily track the status of your orders on our website or on the shipping company's website. After you make your payment:If your product is available in stock: It is shipped within 24 hours.
For Special Color Coating processes: Shipping is done within 3 -4 working days. (Applies to the quantities specified in the Product Sheet> Special Coating Colors section)
For Company and Personnel Special Works: Please contact us with the channels specified in the Contact Page for the Company-specific Logo and other Custom Design Models.
You must receive your order with your T.C identity card. If you have a different person at your address, your package can be delivered with your T.C identity card. In case you are not in your address;The cargo company will leave a note stating that you can receive your order from the branch.
If you do not receive your order from the specified branch within 3 days, it will start the return process to our warehouse.

Receive your package by taking into consideration the following items besides the person in charge;In case of damage outside the carton (such as torn, wet), you must have a ”Damage report”, if there is any error in the package and the number of packages, you should have a “Condition report”. You can ask the cargo officer for the necessary minutes.
If you notice the situation after you leave the officer, you can go to the relevant branch and report the situation and request a record (Damage / due diligence report after delivery is at the discretion of the cargo branch).
You can request product return or exchange by calling the customer center with your status / damage report.
In the delivery of your package, please take into account the working hours and days of the following cargoes;On weekdays, cargo companies deliver between 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 on weekdays.
Cargo companies do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
