Can I make changes to my order?

No changes can be made in your order. If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us if your order has not been processed and shipped. If your order has been delivered to cargo, you must send the products to us with a request for exchange.

How can I use the Money Transfer / EFT payment option?

After creating your order on caglayanaksesuar.com, if your product is not yet packaged and put into production, you can send us your order cancellation request by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in the "My Account / Order Details" section. Are the products I put in the basket reserved for me?

There is no stock reserve in the products added to the cart. The products can remain in your basket for 15 days, but another customer can purchase the same product.
