Can I make changes to my order?

No changes can be made in your order. If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us if your order has not been processed and shipped. If your order has been delivered to cargo, you must send the products to us with a request for exchange.

How can I use the Money Transfer / EFT payment option?

In the payment step, you need to choose the Money Transfer / EFT option as the payment option. If you deposit the payment of your order to the relevant bank account in the mail to be sent to you after clicking the "Payment" button, your order will be prepared as soon as possible and sent to you. There is no stock reserve in the products added to the cart. The products can remain in your basket for 15 days, but another customer can purchase the same product.
