Can I make changes to my order?

No changes can be made in your order. If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us if your order has not been processed and shipped. If your order has been delivered to cargo, you must send the products to us with a request for exchange.

How can I use the Money Transfer / EFT payment option?

In the payment step, you need to choose the Money Transfer / EFT option as the payment option. For overseas orders, the shipping fee belongs to the customer and our customer is informed specially about this and the cargo is sent by the customer. Your order will be processed once your payment appears in our account.

Is VAT included in the price of the products I buy?

VAT is not included in all prices you see on our site. The VAT amount of the products you buy is indicated on the invoice as 8% in buttons, buckles, pullers, binders, stoppers, rivets and 18% in brooches.
